Payments and Insurance As your dentist, we are committed to providing you with the best possible dental care. In order to achieve this goal, we need your assistance and your understanding of our payment policy.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks (monies will be directly withdrawn via electronic withdrawal), MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Returned checks are subject to a Service Charge of $20.00 or 5% of the face value of the check and you will lose your privilege to write checks in our office.	INSURANCE PLANS ACCEPTED We invite people with the following insurance plans to become loyal patients of Consumer's Dental Care Center: MetLife Delta Dental Aetna Cigna We gladly discuss your proposed treatment and do our best to answer any questions relating to your insurance. Please realize, however, that as your dental care provider, our relationship and concern is with you and your health, not your insurance company.
FINANCING AVAILABLE We offer financing with no interest and extended payments through CareCredit so you can schedule treatment right away. To find out more about CareCredit, please call our office or visit CareCredit's website to learn more about qualifications and payment plans.	CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS Patients who do not cancel appointments will be charged a Broken Appointment Fee. After the third No-Show, the patient will be dismissed from the office.
